I started on my quest to do 100 consecutive pushups today (I’ll post a video at any significant milestones). Week 1 Day 1 for the weak and feeble starts with five sets and a minute-long break between sets. I had to do girly pushups, but I did them. Sets were 2-3-2-2-MAX (min3). I did 4 on the max. Once I get up to a decent level I’ll start again with real, full-weight pushups.
